Differently from traditional MOOCs or online courses, this Innovation and Leadership Lab will follow a three block approach to learn, share opinions, and engage with peers.

August 28 – September 10

Demystifying AI

Gain a general perspective on AI’s capabilities and limitations

Objectives:
1_Getting familiarized with the environment
2_Building the AI community
3_Defining myths surrounding AI
4_Crowdsourcing questions about AI
5_Accessing the proposal template

During the first two weeks, AI-enthusiasts will gather virtually to gain a general AI perspective. Debunking the myths around artificial intelligence to get to the heart of the issue. While getting familiar with the environment and crowdsourcing questions, the AI community will grow and bond together. At this stage, participants will also engage in a first virtual panel aiming at building the community, engaging with experts, crowdsourcing experiences. This first phase will come to a close with the proposal template to bring actionable change in the AI world.

September 11 – October 1

Preparing for an AI Future

Develop skills to better interact and work with AI

Objectives:
1_Scanning AI scenarios
2_Determining AI skills

Once the foundation has been built, participants will spend the next three weeks on the key to success: skills for the future. They will learn how to better interact and work with AI in the professional sphere. By scanning realistic AI scenarios, the Lab community will dive into how global public goods can be created with AI. Through these deep dives, they will determine the necessary skills to best collaborate with and utilize AI. Asynchrouns discussions will be enhanced with a live virtual panel in the form of a round table to dig deeper on AI Future scenarios.

October 2-November 6

Practical Applications

Discover how AI reacts and responds to global issues

Objectives:
1_Framing AI ideas
2_Creating groups
3_Peer-networking
4_Submitting proposals

The AI Lab culminates in a five-week intensive revolving around how these new ideas and reflections can best be implemented. AI can react, respond to, and prepare for global issues. What’s the potential? Through group work and peer networking, participants will frame their AI-ideas and submit their final proposals.A final virtual panel will offer participants insights and guidance for a sustainable digital transformation. This Lab ends with the beginning. The beginning of a new collaboration, a new AI-dea.
